Grit Strength -  30mins

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. A challenging strength training program for a fast, function and furious muscle building and cardio workout.


Bootcamp 

A combination of strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns using all our functional training equipment. 

 

Boxing - 45 mins

Boxing Fitness class allows you to learn boxing techniques while developing fitness, core strength, endurance and coordination. Boxing classes are also great stress relief.

 

Cycle - 55 mins

Enjoy a motivating and inspiring indoor bike ride as you pedal over hills and through mountains. Cycle classes will allow you to tone and strengthen your legs and improve your cardiovascular system.

 

Cycle Plus - 55 mins

A challenging and inspirational 4o min interval based cycle session followed up with a 15 min core and ab strength set. This session will improve your cardiovascular health, burn body fat & help you reach your fitness goals. 

 

RPM - 55 mins

A group indoor cycling workout where you can control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and burns loads of calories. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It's a journey, not a race!
